Returns & Exchanges
At Jigsaw, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed efficiently.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
